5 Ways to avoid lower back pain

Lower back pain is as common as the cold these days. The main cause of lower back is the modern sedentary lifestyle, stress, poor posture during sitting or sleeping, food habits, etc. These lead the spine becoming weaker. The degenerative processes usually increase because of deficiency of calcium , vitamin D3 and other nutrients. So, any jerk, fall, injury can cause muscle spasm, inflammation, disc bulge, stenosis that causes lower back pain. The pain can be temporary or ever present.
Acute lower back pain can radiate to both legs with numbness, tingling , heaviness. This can lead to problems like sciatica and disc bulging. The nerve compression that may happen can cause urine and bowel incontinence.
If it remains untreated for a long time it can cause paralysis due to nerve compression and degeneration of bones.

1.)  Complete bed rest -Lie down in straight position. Use hard mattress for sleep

2.)    Boil haldi and black pepper in warm water then take it 2-3 times per day .

3.) Fomentation:
a) With hot water
b) With oils: -you can use Valiya Narayana Thailam, Dhanwantharam Thailam , Karpooradi Thailam mix them together In equal quantity, make it  luke warm then gently massage on affected area 3-4 times per day .
4.) Avoid intake of cold, sour food items and fast food.
5.) Avoid bending forward, weight lifting, any jerk in body
